“Remember to eat nuts” is actually a little code in my phone calendar that means I’m recording a podcast that day. I thought it was fun, so I turned it into the name of my show.
Here I share personal-growth books that reward slow, thoughtful reading. Work gets hectic, so reading aloud to myself helps me slow down and really learn—like carrying a pocket jar of nuts: have a couple now and then, good for the brain and for your mood. And when you’re thirsty, don’t forget to sip some tea.

這裡我放的是一些需要仔細思考、深度閱讀成長書,平時工作繁忙,透過為自己朗讀,幫助靜下心,好好學習,就如隨身的堅果罐子,偶爾吃個兩顆,益腦益身心,記得口渴配點茶水。
