Words are, in my not so humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic, capable of inflicting injury and remedying it. Words can do wondrous and terrible things, and it's important for people to remember that... Dedicated to sharing my feelings with some poetry and love... Bien venido.

NuMa Poems
Hindi
Here is a collection of evergreen Hindi poems. With language, the meaning changes or so it feels. Being a Language student, I would say every language has its unique soul and it's colours can't be translated into another in exact proportion. So, let's enjoy these poems as they were originally supposed to be enjoyed.

Leisure
Authors like coins, grow dear as they grow old. It is the rust we value, not the gold. We humans, seldom understand the worth of a thing unless and until we have lost it. It took a pandemic to make us realise how we have destroyed the nature and that it can heal itself in our absence. Most importantly, how our digital spaces have left us with no time to explore the outdoor and enjoy the beautiful, wonderful world we live in. (Un)surprisingly, we have been ignoring the nature since a very long time as reminds us this old poem.

NuMa Poems
Textbooks
These poems, I remember were my favourites among tens of other poems that we were taught in school textbooks. The first poem talks about the Palanquin Bearers. A term that has lost it's meaning with Indian weddings evolving with time. The graceful poem is a song being sung by the people who are carrying and escorting the newly wedded bride to her new home- that of her husband. The bride sits in a small wooden box being carried on shoulders by the Palanquin bearers. The next poem, talks about our choices. The difference between choosing easy and choosing right.

NuMa Poems
The Start
Beginning from the beginning. One of the most popular children's short poem that I grew up reciting. It is still engraved fresh in my memory the time when my Nana would teach me poems in his evening classes. This one fetched me a chocolate from "Bandarwa", as he would lovingly call the secret gifter, which of course was HIM.
