OCTOBER might be the month where you are supposed to watch all of the scary stuff but that was not the case for Caitlin. She did have a good month and completed a variety of things from dramas to anime. November is bringing a TON of dramas that Caitlin is interested in and not just Kdramas. So, she is going to have to make some choices on what she is going to click play on and what she is going to save to binge later if she still wants to clean out her watchlist before 2026 rolls around.

Once to twice a year, the major web platforms in China holds events to announce their upcoming dramas they plan to release/start to make in the following year and/or for the rest of the year. This event is to gain excitement for these upcoming dramas and to let people what Cdramas to get excited for.
A couple of weeks ago, I released the Youku episode of this list and now it is iQIYI's turn. iQIYI held this event for the Cdramas to be released for the rest of 2025 and new Cdramas to be released/made in 2026. I released an iQIYI episode for this series back in 2024 talking about the upcoming IQIYI dramas for the rest of 2024 and 2025 dramas. This is just continuing the series now for 2025/2026 IQIYI Cdramas. I made a list of the IQIYI Cdramas that caught my attention, and I explain why I am excited for the dramas I list. In Episode 91, Nas from the Swoon Diaries Podcast is back once again and joins Caitlin for a review of the Kdrama Signal Season 1. Caitlin rewatched this Kdrama but this was Nas's first-time watching Signal Season 1.
As always, the first part of the episode, we go over the cast, say a short synopsis of the drama and gives a non-spoiler first impressions/review of the drama. The rest of the episode, Nas and I dive right into Signal Season 1. We go crime case by crime case, dissecting what happens with each case and our thoughts and reactions to everything that happens. Since most of the cases in Signal Season 1 are based off of real-life cases in South Korea, Caitlin also gives some facts about the real life cases. Of course, you get Nas's first reactions to everything. We also discuss the ending and what Season 2 could possibly talk about. AND YOU KNOW WE WILL BE BACK FOR SEASON 2!

On Episode 88 of the NoSleep4Dramas Podcast, we have a double header for Chinese Drama reviews for you this week. I could not choose which Chinese Drama to review so, I decided to review both of the crime Chinese Dramas in this episode. In Episode 87 of the NoSleep4Dramas Podcast, Caitlin gets a little more personal. Caitlin realized she has not been personal in a podcast episode in a long time so, figured this week's episode was as good as any. Caitlin reintroduces herself and the podcast. She did this in Episode 1 of the podcast but feels like there are more people who are now listening to the podcast, so it needed to be done again. Caitlin then goes on to give a little history on how the podcast came to be just like she did in episode 1. LASTLY, Caitlin gets into the reasons on Why She likes Asian Dramas. When Caitlin first started the blog for NoSleep4Dramas, she wrote blogposts for all of the asian coutnries and their dramas and listed out reasons why she watched dramas from all those countries. In this episode, Caitlin looks at all of those reasons and goes country by country, talking about those reasons. The rules of this list are Korean dramas are not ranked and are in no particular order. The Kdrama had to be completed in the first half of 2025 but did not have to premiere/and air in 2025. So, she could have watched an older Kdrama and it could be on this list.

VERSUS SHOWDOWN EPISODE MAKES A COMEBACK THIS WEEK! It has been A LONG TIME since a Versus showdown episode has been added to the podcast. AND THIS TIME Caitlin invited on Becky, one of the podcast's guest hosts to compare the Erased Anime versus the Erased Jdrama. If you don't remember, this is a series where Caitlin (and now with Becky aka Dont Sue Rebecca) pits 2 separate dramas/anime/movies etc. against each other. They do 2 mini reviews of both of the dramas/anime/movies etc they watched and then talk about the similarities and differences between the two. Finally, at the end, coming to the conclusion on which one they might like better.
With Erased, Caitlin had seen the Jdrama before and not the anime. Becky had seen the anime before but never the Jdrama. Which one did Becky and Caitlin like more? What similarities and differences did Caitlin and Becky point out and discuss? Lastly, which one would they recommend over the other? Did Caitlin and Becky pick the same choice or differ in their choice of whether the anime or Jdrama is better overall?

In Episode 79 Join Caitlin and Carol from KdramaMusings (our older drama guru) for a review of the Kdrama Time Between Dog and Wolf. Carol is rewatching this drama and this is Caitlin's first time watching the drama because it came out before she even started watching dramas.

We also discuss the ending and how we feel about the Kdrama as a whole once we completely watched it.
