Whether we admit it or not, we all desire to be in control in some form of our relationships. However, it is better for us to facilitate responsibilities and enjoy our partners abilities. It allows for balance when we can facilitate tasks and still get the expected experience. So put this into practice and see how it works out for you.
As we close in on the end of this series we need to begin to appreciate new ways of love. The staleness of your relationship is because you have held on to who that person was in the beginning. We shift our focus to the process of evolution and loving our partner in new lights. Take a step back and see how they feel about themselves and see where you can love one another differently now.
As we continue to learn how to love unconditionally, let's discuss why the choice of love is important.
The action vs the feeling
During this episode we continue to build towards our goal of unconditional love. Here we speak more about why we need to let go of our negative feelings about love. It isn't fair for us to want to move forward if we are still strapped by the bad feelings we had in the past.
Identify these things and let them go.
Going into something without mutual expectations is a recipe for disappointment. In this episode we discuss why we should not do this.
Now I would like you to go out and put this into practice before next Sunday.
This series will give you actionable steps on loving unconditionally. This process is designed to ensure that you are comfortable in this vulnerable space.
Often times we mistake being busy "booked" as a good thing. When the results aren't there where do we turn to?
We need to ensure we are productive with our time so therefore we get the desired outcome.
Focus on the few things that bring you joy and not the multitude of things that give you temporary happiness.
