Dr. Morgan is a Belmont PT grad here with us today to talk about the importance of ACL return to sport readiness. Originally from the New Orleans area, she played D1 college soccer at Georgia Southern University and has had a passion for working with athletes since the start of her career. She met her husband, Kevin in PT school and they now live here in Nashville with their 3 month old baby girl, Noa. They are currently trying to teach her like soccer :)
Dr. Smiley is from Bellingham, WA, and graduated with her DPT from the University of Washington. In her undergraduate years, she played collegiate soccer at Biola University. After graduating, she started running in order to stay active and fuel her competitive side after finishing up her soccer career. In 2019, she qualified for the Boston Marathon. Since then, she has competed in three additional marathons (including Boston and Chicago) as well as four additional half marathons. She enjoys working in the running community as a physical therapist and now as an RRCA certified run coach. She made the move from Seattle to Nashville this summer and is thrilled to be the newest member of the Be Ready Team!
