Thank you for the Crushing,

For it brought out the Oil,

Thank you for the Confusion,

For it affirmed the Conviction,

Thank you for allowing me to chase after Lies,

For it strengthened my Pursuit for the Truth,

Thank you for the Wounding,

For it gave room for me to experience the Healing,

Thank you for the Breaking,

For it gave me a new perspective on what I was Building,

Thank you for the Solitude,

That testified the Sufficiency of your Presence,

Thank you for allowing the forming of the Weapon,

To see how It really wouldn't Prosper,

Thank you for my weakness,

Which allowed me to experience your Power,

Thank you for the Tribulation,

That made me experience your Peace,

Thank you for the Persecution,

Which brought forth the evidence of your Favor,

Thank you for the Injustice,

That made room for the manifestation of your Rightousness.

Father Forgive me!

For it truly convinced me,

Worldly Wisdom Futile FoolishnessDo not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness”;and again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.”-1 Corinthians 3:18-20Human Wisdom and the knowledge of this natural world has always intrigued me,I Believe if Given the right approach through the correct filter it can be very useful to understand the creation and therefore draw us closer to the creator.However, Satan is very cunning and our nature is very idolater.We must be watchful not to give created things a place that belongs only to the creator.If we are not careful the very knowledge that should draw us closer to the creator could actually draw us astray & away from him.Hindering our interaction with him and our revelation of the truth.Satan is deceiving and he will use even the good things like knowledge for evil outcomes like a separation of the creation from its creator.He likes to give half-truths with subtle twists to deviate us from our walk in the Truth.He Likes to use created things, created principles, and even created people to refute the creator who is responsible for the existence of all the things mentioned above,Leading us astray while we do not notice, and we actually feel smart in doing it because he also uses our prideful nature to take advantage of us.Let us not rely on our own understanding thinking we are smarter or better than God because we try to rationalize things with our minds which should be discerned through our Spirit.Father help us rely on your Spirit's Revelation, not on our own understanding, and rebuke Satan's evil devises and cunning schemes & arguments.Father forgive all of those who do not know what they do when they sin against you.

For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.

-1 Corinthians 3:11-15

Reading this passage, I Think Just like the builder can choose what material he wants to use to build on top of an already established foundation, which is one.

Our Faith works in the same way, the message of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ is and will be every single believer's foundation, there's no other option in this regard.

However Just as the Builder we decide through our free will what we are going to use to edify our faith on top of the single and already established foundation.

Just as the Builder can pick to use hay or Straw as a material to edify his building, we have the same free will to choose to pick material gains, feeling good about ourselves, feeling better than others, and self-centeredness as elements to build our faith.

On the other hand, just as the builder could use strong and valuable materials such as Gold and Costly Stones,We may also choose to select strong, valuable virtuous elements like: Love, Compassion, Humility & Selflessness

The day will come when just like the Fire tests the building, The Trial will test our FaithThe test will prove our character and the substance of our Faith.Depending on what elements we choose for the edification of our faith, the Fire will reveal it.

Whoever comes out the other end approved shall receive the reward of Divine Intervention & Vindication, while testifying about Christ Likeness through their character.

Whoever's faith does not carry Authentic substance for choosing the wrong elements when edifying their faith will suffer loss.

Losing the opportunity to testify about Christ through their Character

And losing the opportunity to see God work on their behalf

However, I do Believe God's Grace is for both, the one whose faith is Golden, as for the one whose Faith is Pure Hay and Straw.In his immense Mercy and Patience, he meets everyone who has accepted Christ right where they are.

As the verse says " The Builder Will Suffer Loss, But yet he will be saved- even though only as one escaping through the flames"

Father help us build our faith with valuable elements, to receive the Reward of presencing your Glory and Divine Intervention, and not just be barely saved like the one who is escaping through the flames.

Father give me your eyes to see others the way you do.Fill my heart with your love to extend it to them, like you give it to me.Change my Judgement for compassion.My heart is so susceptible and prone to take offense and pass the blame,But Your Spirit so full of Mercy! But for sure they all got a point.

There is only one thing I know for sure lord.

Your will is good, pleasing, perfect, and sovereign.

Their judgment and understanding may be mistaken &self-centered,

And mine might be biased.

But your Justice is divine,

And righteous is your judgment.

Lord, for the greater good,

May every decision be first consulted,

All execution be surrendered,

And every will be aligned,

To yours my King!

And may your will prevail!

Above theirs,

Above Mine,

We are often deceived by sin and willing to risk the most for the least.

We are willing to sacrifice the eternal for the temporary.

Willing to Despise the long-term prosperity for immediate gratification.

That's basically what Essau did, he gave up something more valuable and long-lasting like his inheritance, for the present and momentary enjoyment or pleasure a plate of food could give him.

But that's also the attitude of our hearts, and what we are tempted to do in those moments of weakness.

Sacrifice marriage and a righteous spouse for temporary sex or lust.

Sacrifice value and honor for fading wealth.

Sacrifice uncomprehensible & true peace for a tantrum of rage.

Sacrifice long-lasting relationships for momentary offenses.

Sacrifice the source for the resource.

Sacrifice the creator for things created by him for us.

Everything has been made perfect in its due time, within its proper context.

And God's plans are to prosper us abundantly in a way that we may receive not everything we desire, but everything we need, and he'll also bless us by giving us the desire for the needs he knows are genuine for us to have.

Let us not give in and sacrifice the most for the least.

May we have an eternal perspective, not momentary impulses.

Let's not surrender our purpose for mere pleasure, hindering or affecting what God has for us for a fake defiled, and corrupted version of it.

REAL RELIANCE (I Can’t, You Can)

Lord guide me, control me..

Or better yet, Lord possess me!

I Can't rely on my own goodness.

I Can't rely on my own perception.

I Can't rely on my understanding.

I Can't rely on my reactions.

I Can't rely on my feelings.

I Can't rely on my impulses.

Lord, I don't even trust my intuition anymore!

Oh God, But I'm Assured:

I Can Rely on your Goodness.

I Can Rely on your Anointing.

I Can Rely on your Admonishment.

I Can Rely on your Exhortation.

I Can Rely on your Insight.

I Can Rely on your Wisdom.

I Can Rely on your Revelation.

I am certain the only thing I can surely Rely on is your Spirit!

Should I Do or Dont (Romans 14)"Whoever regards one day as special does so to the lord, whoever eats meat does so to the lord for they give thanks to God, and whoever abstains does so for the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. If we live we live for the lord and if we die we die for the Lord"-Romans 14:6-8I feel many times we get stuck in a superficial approach of Do's and Dont's in our Faith.Thinking systematically in our pursuit of doing what is right & pleasing a God who is Relational.We wrongfully focus on external appearances while He sees internal intentions.He's more focused on the attitude of our hearts than the appearance of our works.I'll give an explicit example I've seen play out in my life and have personally questioned myself:When drinking Wine, If I do it and I know it arouses all kinds of evil desires within me, or I struggle with addiction, Or maybe I don't, but somebody present at the moment does struggle with it, or feels offended by the action of My drinking, and that person looks up to my testimony or their is any other reason why my abstinence at the moment would represent a selfless act other than a selfish one and it would please God more than my consumption, Well maybe Abstaining myself from drinking might be the proper thing to do at the moment.On the other hand, if I'm at a celebration with Godly people, after a week of hard work, I don't have an issue nor struggle with having a cup of Wine to lay back and enjoy Fellowship & companionship, and no one present would be offended by my consumption,Bless the Cup, Swallow Up, Give thanks to the Lord & God who brings forth the fruit of the Vine, and don't overindulge in it.Not because of appearances, but making sure you have the proper attitude in your heart at the moment doing everything out of love for God & others, not selfish desires and you won't feel the need to justify yourself.On the other hand, If the attitude of your heart in abstaining from drinking is to feel better than others and judge whoever does it, then your abstinence might be more displeasing to the Lord than even someone's consumption.Ask yourself: Is my intention in a cup of wine to delight & enjoy each other's company, or do I want to feel a Buzz or get drunk?Because the first might enhance bonding and relaxation (While it's not needed.)But the latter feeds the indulgence of the flesh giving room to sin other than to the Holy Spirit in your Being.More than thinking of what to do, and what not to do, think of why you do what you do, or why you don't do what you don't.And may everything that you do or don't be birth out of a proper attitude of the heart, thinking of God & others before yourself.May whatever you decide to do or don't do be for the Lord, done out of love for him & others, born of a clean conscience & pure heart.Quoting Scripture:"So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith, and everything that does not come from faith is sin." (Romans 14:22)So let's forget about Do's and Dont's And let's make sure everything we do comes from faith expressed through love in the name of the Lord.

My heart and reasoning demanded evidence.

My human logic and understanding were expecting greatness.

Used to the scandal the natural uses to call attention toitself.

I thought: How much louder must the supernatural be when itpresents itself to testify of its existence?

Waiting for the sound of Thunder,

Expecting the shaking of the Earthquake,

Hoping for the intensity of the Fire,

Awaiting for a turning like the one of a Tornado.

All I got was a gentle whisper.

A gentle whisper to the Heart,

A gentle whisper to the Spirit,

A gentle whisper in the Simple,

A gentle whisper in the Secret.

What a Subtle, simple, and gentle whisper.

Louder than any Thunder,

Mightier than any Earthquake,

And it's stirring more powerful than any Tornado.

A whisper capable of silencing any Fear,

Capable of shaking any life,

Capable of setting any heart on fire,

Lord, you are Supernatural,

Yet you decide to present your strongest evidence in theSubtle & Simple.

Who could ever pretend to grasp or fully comprehend themystery that you are?

Lord, I chased after you,

thinking of all you could give me.

Not completely aware of how you could transform me..

Running after what I thought was the abundance you had,

I found out how abundant you are.

Visualizing what you had to offer me,

I lost sight of whose image you were longing to conform me to

Cheers to you, Lord!

Cheers not to what you're giving me,

But cheers for into who you're trying to change me into.

In you,

The way I can be transformed and who I can become is so much powerful than what I can gain or obtain.

For as I chase after what you have,

Father,

have your way in everything today.

May every need be supplied

Lord,

When I discovered your tangible presence the day you showed me the secret place.

Lost in the new supernatural reality I was experiencing, Astounded and euphoric in my new discovery, full of excitement and not fully grasping what I was feeling or presencing.

Naively but tenderly, I asked you:

"Lord, please let me do something with my life and in my future that gives me time & allows me to keep coming here daily."

As if I were asking you to install a new app on my device

A resource to effectively live out what I thought was "Real life"

Thinking it would be another organ in one of my systems. A new limb, or extension to my body.

To now realize your intention and purpose was for you to become the entire operating system of my whole organism.

That, what I once thought was real life & what I called reality, is actually temporary & fading away day by day.

That: what I live in the natural is only a reflection of what I actively pursue, and achieve in the spiritual.

And that place I once thought was ethereal & superstitious: "The Secret Place" Is actually the most real place there is, and the best place to stay at.

Father, when it's time to speak,

Put your fire and words on my lips.

Lord, when it's time to hush,

Coat me with your Son the Christ, and govern me through yourSpirit.

God, when it's time to move,

Guide my every step and be a lamp onto my feet.

King, when it's time to be still,

May patience burst in me through the fruit of your Spirit.

When it's time to work,

Fill me with strength & courage and bless the fruit ofmy hands.

When it's time to trust,

Reassure me through your Spirit, and allow me to delight inyour presence.

Lord, whether by every step of my feet,

Every word in my mouth,

All the work of my hands,

Or every single thought that runs through my mind.

May the intention of my heart forever be to please you.

When I get conceited & boastful,

Father, whenever my flesh would like to take over or give in,

May your presence be greater!
