After a quick catch up and some laughs, discussion about how each prioritizes time to fit workouts in, even with unideal schedules. Tricia is a single mom of 3 that works full time and is able to share insights into her busy schedule, and Olivia is a stay at home mom, with a husband that works a demanding schedule often evolving into 96 hour shifts. Shanna has to prioritize her own time balancing running between the schedules of 6 children with one on the way. Each has a different perspective to offer.
