Dr Keith Livingstone - Overcoming an "unsurvivable brain tumour" and the training principles of world class runners

Keith is a former elite distance runner and the author of three books. The first two books explain the physiology of training for distance runners and the third book entails Keith's own life story of how he overcame a medically diagnosed "unsurvivable brain tumour" and has lived 16 years past his diagnosis.

Keith talks about how his nutrition and mindset played an important role in overcoming his brain tumour. He gives some advice to those in their 20s on the nutrition and mindset required to live a meaningful life.

Other topics we chat about include; The training of Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Keith's personal faith in God, the training principles of Arthur Lydiard, and why Keith's favourite movie is the Shawshank Redemption.
