What question do you ask yourself right before you go to bed? What is the question you ask yourself when you wake up? The results and experiences we get in life depends on the questions we ask ourselves and others around us. By asking the right question might we influence our destiny? Or not?

Did you ever wanted something so bad that you couldn’t stop thinking about it? Did you have any changes to act upon your desire? The big question did you act and if so did you achieved it? Many questions all related with the laws of attraction and how it can serve you.
What are you telling yourself every day? Conscious or unconscious? Are you aware of what you believe? Our believes make us who we are and holding us back in some cases. This is why it is important to understand what your believes and values are so that you can empower those that serve you and discredit the ones that are holding you back.

Having kids disrupts your old routines, your old habits. Things you might have done for years and years now feel like dragging you down, are not motivating you anymore. The interrupted nights early mornings and constant demand for attention, don’t help in this area as well. Sound familiar?

How do you reflect on your day, your week, your month, the year? Do you reflect at all? But why would you reflect? I have tried to find a way to reflecting on my day and progress made during the week, month, year and found that one way worked the best for me.

When I started with investing I just bought some stocks I knew. Which is a good way to start investing buy a stock you know and like. What every happens you will learn from it, although the first big lose is probably the most painful one. When I started investing I lost and gained money, but I noticed one thing dividends.

Both willpower and visualization are powerful tools when trying to achieve your goals. Without willpower and only visualizing our goals, we have the risk of dreaming but never realizing. With infinite willpower we might be able to do what is necessary but without a clear goal we might get distracted and act to much on things in the short term. Running after the buzz of the day.

How is your morning ritual? Do you wake up and start with deadlines? I need to eat, get the kids out of bed leave on time? That can be pretty stressful and unpleasant, starting your morning in a rush. I know you get in the habit, but with children these kinds of habits tend to become a struggle.

What makes me happy, does not necessarily mean that it will make you happy as well. It has to do with personal preferences. This is why we need to look inwards to find out what the things are that make us happy. An easy start is to look at the areas in life that give us energy, where we experience a sense of flow, the moment when time seem to fly.
