Attention seeking... this particular narrative in the bain of many self harmers lives. In this episode I will discuss the entire concept of attention seeking, look into the possible origins of the idea, ask why we as a society see attention as a bad thing, mention my own experiences with this assumption, and give my thoughts on how we could maybe reframe the idea.
