Thomas Hendy's life spiralled out of control as his drug addiction took hold. He spent years in and out of prison in Ireland and Liverpool, experienced homelessness until his youngest brother died and his beautiful daughter was born. He had such artistic talent which ultimately also paved the way towards a better life which he talked about to Gerry Kelly on Late Lunch.

Joan McCann has grown her Code Lab business which delivers coding classes to primary school children.
