Before I set goals for the New Year, I feel it's super beneficial to take a look back on the past year and take inventory- what went really well, not so well, as planned, and not so planed.
I'd love for you to follow along and do your own year and review, too! I'll provide the steps and categories I use, as well as share my thoughts on how 2022 went for me.

I am thrilled to have Gabby DeLosSantos on todays Level Up podcast.
She is a 19 year old young woman who is using her voice to help parents and students deal with and overcome early teen depression and self harm.
Raised in a Christin home by pastors, her cutting may not have been discovered without a teacher noticing signs.
This is an amazing story of grace, love and a huge lesson for parents (myself included) on being pro-active and learning to show love in a way our kids can receive it.
The power of prayer and intentional parental intervention is incredible.
Now Gabby uses her testimony to encourage young girls that they have SO MUCH to live for as she serves Jesus with her life!
Gabby prays for students and parents at the end of our podcast and the sincerity she has is beautiful.
I hope you are encouraged by todays podcast! I know I was!
It's a tough question but one thats worth asking! In this episode we talk about 7 things to consider when asking if you are settling.
The enemy always wants you to play small. There will always be people who are uncomfortable with your growth regardless if its in ministry, personal development, relationship, business or countless other critical aspects of life.
Some thoughts we'll hit on:
- STOP MAKING EXCUSES!
- your current circumstances are not your final destination!
- recognize your worth
- your purpose is not up for negotiation!
We'd love to connect with you!

Hey girl, hey!!! We are back for season 2 and I am excited! Listen, I know you’ve heard me say it before but it’s worth repeating- you have choices! Let’s talk about that today.
https://www.preachgirl.org/
Have you ever felt like you were not enough?Like no matter what you were doing you were failing or not good enough?
Have voices from the past stuck around in your mind much longer than they should have with words of doubt, fear & anxiety?
Have you ever had to fight imposter syndrome like the plague? Telling you you are a fraud & everyone will know it soon enough.
Do you ever wish you could rewind the clock & make different choices? Use a different tone? Say a different word?
Have you ever had the people who were supposed to protect you be the ones who hurt you most?
Me too. I have too.
If I’m honest, there are still seasons that I fight these ghosts daily... even hourly.
But I keep fighting.
I keep trusting Gods Word.
I keep getting up & showing up & serving & pressing.
I have come to realize I am the only thing standing in my way.
Not a past experience or a current situation.
Not a bad boss, challenging relationships or my most shameful moments.
Not a devil or any other thing I’d like to blame.
Only me-
The power to chose is mine.
The way I respond is my choice.
Life & death are in my tongue.
The thoughts I allow & entertain are my responsibility.
No one else’s.
That’s a lot of power my dear friend.
We have far more power than we access or take responsibility for.
Im challenging myself to take full responsibility for the life I live.
For the love, the fun, the joy, the choices & the path.
I am made in the image of God.
I have the mind of Christ, access to God in prayer & the fullness of His written Word available to me.
The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead is in me.
The creative power of Heaven is in my mouth.
It’s in yours too- you were made for greatness Let’s choose to be great!
