A perk of having your own podcast? You can endlessly yap on about the things youâre currently making your personality!!
It is literally no secret to anyone⊠but Iâm turning 30, and Iâve tried a lot of things to get behind this one. Iâve tried to forget itâs happening, then I made my friends curate a â30 lessons before 30â list with me, and now Iâm bringing in my girlypop Kaitlyn to share her thoughts on turning 30 too. (I so lovingly called her out for hitting this milestone before me đ ). I love the perspective she has, which she has patiently been reminding me of lately off the pod as well.
So while Iâm deep in my introspective thoughts, maybe youâll resonate with this if youâre also approaching a milestone birthday or a birthday in general.
PS. Call me out if Iâm the only one who cares this much about turning another year older.
PPS. Type B friends in the group chat, pipe in. What does it feel like to be Godâs chosen ones?

Note to self, donât ever give Syd or I a job in law enforcement ever, because⊠well, I think itâs self-explanatory.
Here is our unofficial, official list of what we believe deserves jail time. Weâre putting a lot of people on blast today. If youâve been an offender of making an 18-point turn to back into a parking spot, saying youâre âbabysittingâ your own children, hitting reply all, being a slow walker, or clapping when the plane lands, consider this a warning ticket. Next time, weâre coming for ya.
Also, if you made it to the end of the episode, you know what you need to do.
PS. Swifties, please donât come for me.

Talking about one of my biggest soapboxes once again⊠if you want to have a village, you have to be a villager.
I first heard this on the most peer-reviewed site out there, TikTok, and well, it stuck. I catch myself saying it to others or relating it to my own life all the time.
This past weekend, I got to see it lived out in the most incredible way! (In my ongoing attempt to be the most eloquently insufferable podcaster you listen to, yes, it relates to my running.) My village showed up for me as I ran my first full marathon with signs, noisemakers, and bikes chasing me down the course just to cheer me on. Those who couldnât be there in person sent endless voice notes, texts of encouragement, and even answered my call to entertain me for 5k of the run.
Mad love to my village, I wouldnât be half the person I am without you all.

Grace started a dinner series, that I am so unbelievably obsessed with. And what I didn't realize before we started this conversation, was just how Spirit-led this project has been. And, what I loved about this conversation was just the reminder of being open and trusting what God is doing, and partnering with Him in creating moments, and connections with others.
Inspired by this conversation, and still processing how this shows up in my life. And, I'm hoping you feel the same after giving it a listen!!

Today weâre bragging, so buckle in.
No, actually. Iâm sitting down with my friend Emilia to talk all about what sheâs been up to lately â and itâs been a lot of bragging. So, Welcome to Brag.
Welcome to Brag is a new community Emilia is cultivating, and itâs all about⊠bragging!! Itâs about celebrating the unconventional milestones, moments, and journeys weâre on. Weâre all doing so many cool things in life right now, but those wins often get overshadowed by birthday celebrations, weddings, babies, and gushing (or venting) about relationships. (Donât get me wrong, we LOVE all those things.) But hereâs to celebrating more than just the âcommonâ milestones.
If you want to connect with Welcome to Brag, you can find all the details on Insta or TikTok!
And most importantly, weâre dying to know what youâre bragging about. So PLEASE drop yours in the comments so we can cheer you on!! No, but actually â tell us. Weâre giving you full bragging rights to share⊠and keep sharing!!

Itâs easy to say we want community, but actually living it out? Thatâs a whole different story. I sat down with my cousin Ashley to chat about what life has been like for her, growing up with such a strong (and beautiful!) family around her.
We got into the sacrifices it sometimes takes, but also the joy and comfort that community can bring.
And weâre curious, what does community look like in your life?
This episode feels like the more positive sister episode to the first half of this topic. Lesley is back in the studio!! And, we are talking all about some of the strategies that weâve used to help overcome those often daunting feelings of imposter syndrome.Â
Have you been trying something else to get these feelings in check? Drop it in the comments and share it with the class!!Â
When I started this podcast, I had big visions of talking about imposter syndrome, really getting into it, sharing how it feels, and most importantly how Iâve been moving past it. But if weâre being honest, itâs taken me this long to bring it up⊠because itâs hard.
Feeling like a fraud is one thing. Admitting it? Dang.
Somehow I managed to convince the one and only Lesley to join me on the podcast to talk about it!
What I didnât mention during the episode is just how much I look up to Lesley. I admire everything sheâs done and continues to do, and yet she feels the exact same way I do. Itâs equal parts reassuring and disappointing that this is such a widely shared experience.
We chatted about some of the common causes: perfectionism, social comparison, pressure from others, and the high standards we set for ourselves. We also broke down four different imposter âtypesâ that Dr. Valerie Young outlines:
Maybe you see yourself in one of these buckets⊠but either way, trust me, youâre not alone.
Join us for Part 2 of the conversation, where we share tips and tactics for moving past imposter syndrome, or at the very least, tools to help you keep going despite the feelings.

Yikes, the rumours are true⊠turns out burnout is real. Even though Iâd much prefer to assume Iâm superhuman and never overdo it⊠Â
While burnout itself isnât exactly fun, you know what is fun? Michelle is back in the studio! And yes, this episode is SO light and fluffy, itâs about burnout! Â
K but actually, Iâm so glad we had the chance to talk about what burnout has looked like in our lives, what weâve tried, and whatâs actually helped us recover (plus a few things that didnât).Â

No, I actually found gold under the staircase. Itâs one of my favourite stories, and maybe it is also an analogy for one of my Roman Empires as well?
Either way, listen in, and please please keep me posted on the gold you find under your staircases too (literally and metaphorically, of course).
And I know I sound like a broken record, but I truly canât express how grateful I am to each of you who listens to this podcast, shares in the excitement, passes it along to friends, and continuously cheers me on as I embark on this new project. Iâm eternally grateful.

Weâre back with round two! This time, Noah, Michelle, and Kenedie are joining me in the studio as we share more life lessons weâve accumulated over the past decade.
We also landed on a new title for me / the podcast. Iâm self-aware enough to admit that my latest hobbies are insufferable⊠and honestly, I kinda like the sound of âa podcast from the eloquently insufferable.â
K but all jokes aside, Iâve loved these two episodes and hope you did too. And if youâve got some life lessons to share, weâd love to hear them in the comments!
P.S. I physically cannot stress enough how great the Faded Scar Cream is. Donât believe me? DM me for some before-and-after pics. (You think Iâm kidding, but Iâve actually never been more serious in my life.)

So⊠Iâm a pretty reflective person, and as Iâve been approaching 30, Iâve been thinking a lot about what Iâve learned over the years. I also got curious about what my friends have been thinking about too. So wait⊠maybe this episode is actually just for me?
Also, Iâll never get over how cool my friends are. Allyson, Kenedie, and JM joined me in the studio, and hearing the life lessons theyâve picked up along the way makes me so proud of them, not to mention seeing how theyâre living their lives and experiencing so many incredible moments and milestones.
Anyway, so much love for all these people and everything they shared.
But ALSO. Can we please talk about JMâs hyperfixation for a second?! Why is âlemonade being a solid 6/10â the most real thing Iâve ever heard in my life?
PS: Make sure you circle back for part 2! Even more friends and even more wise life lessons to come!!

My dad is back in the studio!! And weâre talking all about a project we started earlier this spring with our vineyard.
In 2024, we experienced a devastating cold snap that wiped out 97% of grape production and killed thousands of vines across the Okanagan Valley. Like most vineyards, we started asking the question: whatâs next? Well, to no oneâs surprise, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work on a plan B, which led us to propagate our own vines in our greenhouse.
This was always part of the long-term vision, but the weather definitely sped things up. Of the 1,000 Pinot Gris plants we propagated, about 89% made it into the ground, and the results so far have been incredible.
This project has truly been the epitome of inspiration striking. We had a problem, saw an opportunity, jumped on it, and since then, it has continued to evolve. Weâve tested, improved, and learned along the way. As we look ahead, weâre excited to keep building on it.
And while weâre talking about vines, I think the same concept applies to any challenge or project you face. Because really... how hard can it be?
You can find more details on this story here.
And follow along on social media to see pictures of the vines taking root!!

Letâs be honest, we all get the ick sometimes. And if youâre anything like me, I probably give myself the ick more than anyone else. Megs is back in the studio and weâre sharing our list of icks! Maybe youâll relate, or maybe youâll pick up a few new ones to add to your list. Either way, we hope you laugh along with us as we go through them.
Also, a huge shoutout to all of you for coming along on this podcast journey. Thanks for helping us get to episode 20 (how are we already here?!). And to everyone listening all over the world, thanks for making us the podcast for your drive home. â€ïž
Drop your icks in the comments! Weâre dying to know what yours are too!
P.S. If you need a new sad song for your playlist, Megs recommends Orange Juice by Noah Kahan every day of the week.
PPS. If you participate in any of the icks we mentioned, simply by being a podcast listener, youâre exempt from Megan and I getting the ick when you do it. đ

Ever found yourself wondering: What should I do with my life? Am I actually bringing value at work? Should I chase something that aligns with my passions? And as weâve all heard the saying, âFollow your passion and youâll never work a day in your life,â but is that really the best advice?
In this episode, Iâm chatting with Graeme about why chasing passion might not be the most reliable career strategy. Instead, he shares the idea of leaning into purpose and focusing on creating value, knowing that passion often follows rather than leads.
We talk about how purpose can be your North Star, offering direction while still leaving space to explore.
And weâre starting to hear some familiar themes on the podcast(!!!) as Graeme shared a piece of wisdom that Jeff and Jags have also mentioned: be open to trying new things and walking through open doors, because you never know where they might lead.
And as Scott also mentioned, failure doesnât have to be something we dread. In fact, managing failure and learning to fail fast can actually move us forward once we let go of the fear.

Iâll be honest, Iâm finding myself in a season of waiting right now, and itâs tough. Most days, Iâm hopeful, trying to stay positive even when I have no idea how things are going to play out. Some days feel easier than others, but some days just feel really heavy. Itâs that strange in-between space between the dreaming and the coming true.Â
And if I were to take a wild guess, I bet youâve probably been there too. So weâre talking about it!Â
A couple of years ago, I watched Scott put on a masterclass in how to walk through the waiting (weâre two of many still suffering PTSD from that experience...), but in the end, things turned out the way we hoped they would. That in-between part though, the waiting, it was really hard. But Scott learned a lot, and weâre digging into it.Â
So, if you find yourself stuck in the unknown right now, in that 'not yet' part of the story, this oneâs for you.Â
Scottâs got some really helpful and practical insights for anyone trying to hang on to hope.Â
And, letâs also take a moment of silence for Scottâs team, the Oilers, after last nightâs Stanley Cup heartbreak.

Ever feel the pressure to be something, have something, do something, achieve something, or maybe all of the above? Same. I often find myself sitting in that feeling, trying to reconcile where I am with where I thought Iâd be.
So, weâre talking all about it! Iâm chatting with Cindy, and Iâm so thankful for her wisdom as I navigate the pressure I sometimes feel.
I hope that as you listen, youâll resonate with the feelings we unpack and be reminded that the self-induced pressure we carry doesnât define us, or mean weâre behind or off track. Chances are, if you reflect back (just like I have), youâll notice the detours have made for some pretty memorable and life changing moments along the way.
So, if youâve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by all the âshoulds,â this oneâs for you. And hey, just a reminder: this is everyoneâs first rodeo, and honestly, weâre all just figuring out which direction the horse is supposed to go.
PS. Please report back on how often you are all using the word 'irrepressible' these days.Â
In this episode, Jay and Noah share their stories from missions trips to Bolivia and Indiaânot just what they saw but how those experiences changed the way they see the world and their communities. From new cultures to deeper faith, they open up about the moments that shifted their perspectives, challenged their comfort zones, and left them walking away different than when they arrived, and how those shifts are shaping the way they live today. Iâm so inspired by these two guests and the way they courageously serve and intentionally connect with others in such impactful moments.
You can find details about Child of Mine here, and International Justice Mission here, two incredible organizations making a significant impact in the communities they serve.
PS. I hope when I grow up, I'm as eloquent and cool as Noah.

We crossed off a lot on the NYC checklist, and naturally we had to share it on the podcast! Daniel, Tash and I are recapping the highlights, everything from spotting a record number of celebrities to a classic subway rat sighting (because whatâs a trip to NYC without one?), plus so many other unforgettable moments.
Weâre also sharing one of our favourite hidden gems: attending live studio audience tapings for TV shows! Weâre absolute suckers for behind-the-scenes movie magic, so naturally we ate it up. If youâre anything like us, youâll love it too.
And of course, we couldnât help but fall down a skyscraper construction rabbit hole (because why not?). So buckle up, weâre sharing some of our new favourite facts (thanks in advance for indulging us). We wrap it all up by sharing our thoughts on the 9/11 Museum and the Hellâs Kitchen Broadway show, brought to us by my girl Alicia Keys!
All in all, we had the best time and canât wait for you to hear all about it.
Oh, and Ed Helms, if youâre listening⊠turns out youâre only 51. Our bad. You didnât age quite like we thought you did.

In honour of Motherâs Day, my mom, aunt, cousin, sister, and I are gathering around the mic to share the lessons we've learned from our grandma and reflect on the impact sheâs had on each of us.
Weâre also taking a moment to celebrate the incredible mothers in our livesâthe women who continue to show up, love hard, and lead with strength and grace.
Ohâand Ria brings up a conversation I apparently blacked out of⊠and honestly, maybe for good reason. Sorry, Nans đ
