Having playing sports on my life since 2004 and right now currently I'm 26 years old but I started really young playing basketball football soccer track and staying involved in all those kind of things so having coaches friends teachers so many people just like teaching me lessons I started to realize on myself that really did it like a strong dedication when it comes to sports can really teach you a lot in the outer world

Have an experienced PTSD you can have a variety of posttraumatic stress disorder's but the thing is at the end of the day is that it's probably not gonna go away anytime soon but it will get a lot easier as long as you stay motivated as long as you have the correct support system and if you feel alone then this is probably like the correct saying to reach out to somebody professional and maybe hire somebody here call a line and really talk about it and if you have a close friend of a close family member then this is the correct time to really talk to them about it and then really vent out any post traumatic stress starters that you feel like you have not overcome maybe they're not becoming easier to you if you feel like. if you feel like a friend or a family member is probably not doing anything to help you then that's when you definitely need to like contact the therapist and get a little bit more of a professional help because I've done it before in the hours he has like made me realize things that I've never thought I could really like wake up for you now and really open my eyes and see all wow you know so this is what it's like and this is the correct time to really listen to like what I've gone through maybe if you've gone through domestic violence which is what I went through then you can probably learn about like how I can overcame it in this episode and hopefully it helps you guys and the lessons that I've overcome in the last five years

This episode is very different compared to like the ones that I always do because this is actually something that's life-changing for me some thing that's taking me to the next level in my life for the next chapter and that's meeting the girl of my dreams not just like the girl of my dreams but a girl was it to him actually going to get married with and hopefully here in a few months I can do my next podcast maybe even with her and we can describe how we met and you can definitely see you know it's very similar to what's up what have I already said in this episode but a lot of love that we have experience for one another and we have We have already traveled together and have a lot of social media post together and definitely want to share like the love that we have 5H other emails and Tony being in her 20s who is really mature and one of a kind love so far right now which is boyfriend and girlfriend but definitely going to go to the next level here soon so stay tune

I have not posted anything in the last two years and I'm glad I'm making a comeback in 2024 so it feels nice to be able to come on here and give an update on what's been going on and I truly hope you guys enjoy this episode where I'm describing exactly and detail what has happened in my life in the last two years. In this episode I like to talk about family brothers sisters siblings and my parents which are pretty much the only reason why I'm here or even recording this because without them I don't know where I would be and I will most probably would either be in jail or living without a home not having a vehicle not having a shelter not having anything not even like some nice brand new clothes are one hour not even a good education thankfully for all the sacrifices that they have made in their life I am here alive nice safe healthy and things to them I'm able to do everything that I love in life and I am beyond thankful. and I just want to talk about how we should really be thinking parents for everything that we have and are we really sacrificing much like they have sacrificed for us and sometimes it's not about us but how can we be there for them because we only have a few years with them and we need to make the best out of it

We all got spending habits we all have to go through life maybe have kids maybe you don't but the thing is every single person always has to come down to being responsible and how to earn money and how to save money because the volume or the more you earn the more you spending which should not be in that case and also I teach you guys what I've been learning so far with investing in the stock market and the way that I have been handling my money more responsibly whether it comes to credit cards and my experience from them also how to save money from house remodeling also the things that you should be looking out for when you buy a new car and just like so many things in life that you should really be watching out for because everything out there is a company everything out there is a business and you really got a steak woke and really wake up that he's got to manage your money well and not just start giving it out they for example like I said I could be spending five to $10 on a coffee at Starbucks or I can be investing that money instead and maybe buy Starbucks location one day.

In today's world where there is a bunch of social media stuff that probably is not gonna make you so happy to see because in my a tag you in the way that you feel like you're not rich enough or you're not skinny enough for you just need to put on a little bit more muscle or you need to grow beard or maybe you're bald or something you know that just makes you feel attacked and you feel like you're not the best version of yourself but maybe you just need to get rid of all those things and start by being productive in your own life and thinking about yourself before you start comparing yourself to anything or anyone

In today's age with everything with social media you start believing a certain and saying that you want to be able to live that lifestyle and you want to be rich and you want to travel and you have all these people that I keep posting that but in reality that's not the reality that they live and that's not the life that they live in and being able to just start by loving yourself and it's just like the small things that matter is definitely going to get you really far in life and I teach you how to start loving yourself and how I started to really love myself back in school and overall life.

On this episode I wanted to talk about how to become an entrepreneur but it specifically just a business owner how to get started what I did to get started if this is a something that's going to be easy or hard for you and if this is even for you but it's all about who you are what you want in life and just seeing how you can get started in why this will benefit you
