The Pandemic and various lockdowns took away fascination in our hearts. We were forced to stay in our houses. Waking up became a task. I created this 6-part series called The Art of Getting Easily Fascinated to remind myself and the listeners to take a step back and to look at this entire situation differently.
The title of the third episode is Tiny.

It's OK to feel these things. Who says we cant? And whenever these triggers hit me, I just smile back at them and accept the fact that I am flawed and insecure at the same time. Denying myself these feelings are worse. Insecure feelings are part of being human and part of being in a capitalist society where we are given this idea of what OK and not OK means.
For the first time ever, I have a special guest, Rachel Pregunta, founder of the Gamin Traveler Blog and Instagram. Here we discussed some stories about solo travels before the pandemic.
Note to self: Take it all in. Embrace the pain and all the emotions that may arise during this season. Learn to accept future dramas inside the family, historically, this is inevitable. Learn to manage your energy. Slowly detach yourself from the dying loved one. Learn from all this. Learn to always let go everyday. There are no “must do” or “must haves” during this season. This is your battle. No one can take this away from you. FIGHT IT GRACEFULLY.
"Recently, my mantra is 'we dont live in a perfect world'. It’s been on repeat since our visit to the oncologist last tuesday. We don't live in a perfect world where parents and the people you love are immortal. We don't live in a perfect world where we can walk in the streets without face shields and masks. We don't live in a perfect world where we get to live all our dreams. This is a broken world and it’s brokenness is really the reason why its good to be alive."
Join me as I discuss my all time favorite self-help books that you also need to read right now!
"Who says things should always be alright? Nothing is alright in this world right now but it’s ok. And that is comforting. That all of us are suffering right now. And ironically, that’s beautiful. Suffering and pain allows us to grow. It allows us to be alive and experience this beautiful human experience."
On this episode, we will be discussing about the things I learned about faith, spirituality and religion while travelling and meeting people with different belief systems.
It has been said that in Bhutanese Culture, in order to be happy, you should meditate about death and our mortality 5 times a day! Let us discuss about death and I hope by the end of this episode, we both have a different perspective on how we deal with this topic we usually avoid in our conversations. Enjoy!
For Episode 4, we don't have a specific topic to discuss but we will be talking about random topics, series I watched, travel stories, movie recommendations, journal excerpts and a whole lot more! Enjoy listening!!!
On this episode, we will be discussing 10 Paradoxes that we can apply on our daily lives. Bonus: A creative strategy on how to divert your attention when anxiety strikes.
Growing up at a strict Christian home, reincarnation remained a foreign thing. We never discussed about it because we believe in HEAVEN and HELL. On this episode, we will be talking what Reincarnation is all about, how I view Reincarnation, how other people view Reincarnation and Reincarnation in mainstream media.
