The Korean War, which re-defined and hardened the permanent division of the north and south, was probably inevitable, yet also unthinkable to many. It was also a war that probably didn’t need to happen. A war that helped set the stage for the rise of the tiny nation of North Korea to a nuclear power so dangerous that the president of the United States flies half way around the world…twice so far…to bargain for peace. You might be shocked at the missed opportunities to virtually eliminate the North Korean Regime. And you may astonished at how close the US led forces came to loosing the South. Gripping stuff.
