Heb 11-12, The people were still living by faith, for God had prepared a city for them! Don't lose your faith for God has prepared an inheritance for you! you have an inheritance! So live by faith for you will receive the promise at the appointed time!
Heb 11-11 - By Faith, Sarah who was unable was enabled. God who enabled Sarah desires to enable us to do the impossible. But our Faith is the key.
Heb 11: 8,9 - By Faith, Abraham looked forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. Faith helps us look forward to see God's promise fulfilled in our life. Faith helps us look forward with perseverance even though the situation may seem challenging. And we look forward to see the goodness of God even in tough circumstances because God is the architect and builder of the goal and plan we have. So let the foundation of your plan and goal be God and look forward to see God build and work it to its proper end!
Heb 11 - 8, By Faith, Abraham when called obeyed. When God calls us He asks us to get rid of all idols and asks us to move away from the things that distract us and make us miss God's call. Disobedience causes us to miss out God's call and Faith helps us obey God. Obedience that comes from Faith is not based on fear or compulsion. Instead it becomes our joy to obey God because Faith gives us the right perspective and helps obey God.
Hey 11 - 7 says By Faith, Noah when warned built an ark to save his family. The days we live are just as the days of Noah. This is the last hour. And the warning given to Noah is the same for us. Let's not ignore this warning. Instead let's build ourselves with the word of God, which guards us in such a time as this.
We live an a world where people try hard to please others. Some people advice to do what pleases you. But both people pleasing and self-pleasing nature can be destructive. Hebrews 11-5 says, by Faith, Enoch pleased God. Now why do we have to please God? And how do we please God? Hear and be blessed!
Hebrews 11 - 4 - By Faith, Abel brought to God a better offering. The life we live, the work we do is an offering to God. What is so great about a better offering?
Hebrews 11 -3 - By Faith, we understand. Faith is not connected to our ambitions and desires. Rather faith is connected to God's will. So how do we understand God's will? How do we understand God's purpose for our life? How do we understand his provision for us when we don't see it at the moment?
Expect to face big challenges in your test of faith! Don't lose hope! Have Faith in God!
