The fastest way for me to be happy is to practice gratitude. I teach and explain ways that gratitude can help you become a better person and how it will also make you and the person you are showing gratitude for happy.
I asked you to become aware of your thoughts and talk about the little tricks that your mind makes to keep you from your goals. Basically you need to be aware of your thought processes to make sure you are doing everything possible to do what you want to do and not get sucked into the undertow of negative thinking.
