The Freedom Project begins with a technique called Perspective Mapping. It's a process where the person fills out a series of ten surveys related to all areas of their life. Then they have a call with Gary to identify key belief structures that generate their current perspective. Finally they have a spirit guide reading with Christy. This is the most fasinating part of this process. In this episode you will hear exactly what Renee and Crstal's spirit guides told each of them in preparation for their Freedom Project experience. You are highly emotionally sensitive. This allows you to feel deeply. Sometimes those feelings are based on joy and feel good, and at other times, you feel negative emotions, which feel bad. This system allows you to understand when you are aligned and when you're in resistance. As you become more aligned and offer less resistance, you become even more sensitive. This is The Sensitivity Paradox. If you didn't feel your emotions, you wouldn't be able to understand when you're aligned compared to when you're in resistance. You wouldn't be able to process limiting beliefs or act on inspiration. Your emotional sensitivity is the key to everything you truly want. So if you're becoming even more emotionally sensitive, it's a very good sign.
