"This week’s episode is about sexual assault. I talk about my story and how it has affected me. It wasn’t an easy episode but it was one I wanted to do. It took me almost a year to be comfortable with speaking up about it and I feel as if I can finally close this chapter and move forward.
Of all the episodes I have released and plan to release, this particular one is more for me than it is for anyone else. Honestly it was free therapy LOL
