Ever wonder why some people (maybe even yourself) find themselves remaining put in relationships, which can be toxic and even severely abusive? Though there’s so much more to consider, this clip gives Betrayal Trauma in simple terms and helps to understand the not-so-understandable.

This short excerpt provides more phrases commonly used in the cyclic behaviors of Narcissistic Abuse in family, romantic, and associative (friendships) relationships.

PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Is classified as an emotional & physical reaction to occurrences/situations that are similar to past traumatic experiences. PTSD is a triggered reminder of a past traumatic experience that has not been healed or handled with the care of professional/emotional help. If left unattended, it can create self destructive behaviors, trigger depression, and even influence suicide. Often people “numb” by creating illusionary environments that distract them from the reality of the traumatic experience, which suppresses the emotional attachment to such experience, but does not relieve or “cure” the issues.

Although it’s believed Narcissism is found more in men, opposed to women, Female Narcissists are undetectable due to their extremely covert tactics. Which leads me to believe, how can one generalize a gender, when covert behaviors are utilized?

A lot of victims of Narcissistic Abuse have wondered why, after all is said and done, why a Narcissist would go Silent. In this clip, I (joined by my best friend Amanda) give a few reasons why a Narcissist would go silent, after a discard.

So many have become aware regarding Narcissism, Narcissistic Personality Disorder & Narcissistic Abuse. But what if the person (or people) you’re dealing with isn’t a Narcissist? What if who you thought was a Narcissist, is really something else? In this clip we’ll go over the different types of personality disorders and how many can get them confused with Narcissism

After enduring one of the most painful and traumatic experiences one can have with a Narcissist, one often wonders... will they EVEN apologize and if they do, are they being genuine?

Many stay in relationships with emotionally unavailable people b/c they think they can change them or teach them how to properly love/treat them, while there are people walking this same earth, who have not only been taught, but have learned with life that happiness and love come from WITHIN, and are passing them by b/c they’re focused on trying to “fix” someone else. If you choose to take on this RESPONSIBILITY (because that’s what that is) understand you are making room for disappointment.

******Advisory: Explicit Language****** These people are not worth your time, energy, or effort. They will drain you of everything and STILL blame you for running on empty, STILL hold YOU accountable for their nonsense, and STILL have you looking a fool if you think blind loyalty is what’ll make the boo boo better. Heed the signs.

After a heartbreaking, gut wrenching discard, most would think victims of Narcissistic Abuse would NEVER return to the person(s) who degraded them, demeaned them, and discarded them. Unfortunately, this is farthest from the truth and in fact, a lot of victims end up returning to the abuser (some more than once).

It’s common for Narcissists to have people (exes) they’ve dated in their surroundings as “Friends” because Narcissists like to recycle. Whether they be Covert or Inverted, If/when supply is running low, Narcissists will keep exes in their surroundings, to fuel them. Be mindful of those who have exes/past partners as friends, as they may play a bigger, more deceptive role than you think.

*Some Explicit Language In this clip, I give MY three rules on how I manage to acquire the dynamics I need in my life and maintain the peace I deserve. Anyone who has experienced Toxic Relationships and/or Narcissistic abuse, though they can find it difficult to achieve, they know the importance and imperativeness of having and maintaining peace in their life. People of Narcissistic nature will have victims believing: 1. Their mimicking behaviors are the abuser’s true nature 2. The victims are meant to be options, and the victim should feel validated for being such 3. The victim is bitter for disassociating and detaching from unacceptable behaviors With the extremities of abusers, victims should be twice as extreme with their strength. It’s a lengthy road, nonetheless, there is a finish line 🏁

(With my Discard as an example) A discard can be UNBELIEVABLE because you literally do not recognize the person who, in your entire relationship, told you they loved you, promised to (in so many words) to be kind, gentle, loyal, decent, and most importantly... respectful. As a victim, this common mistake can make or break how your future relationships turn out.

A narcissist is very coherent in their decisions and it’s primarily due to the IDEA that they will get what they want and will get away with the deceitful actions committed. Being self absorbed and self serving, they know what they are doing is wrong, they simply do not care. It’s all about their needs and desires... everyone else is nothing but a warehouse of supply.

For most who’ve endured Narcissistic Abuse, a lot of people hear certain phrases and terminology, yet are not quite sure what it means. Narcissistic Discard 6. Deflection 7. Negging

If you’ve gone through the motions (discard) with a Narcissist, please understand their family was fake from the jump! The Narc has been the victim of abuse, manipulation, gaslighting, gossip, shame, etc... by people of their own dynamic.. trust me, you will be no different. Please do not attempt to reach out to them, thinking they care... THEY DON’T!!!

Whether the Narcissist is a family member or romantic partner, they will stoop to the lowest levels to keep their victims stuck or even trap them, to maintain all sorts of control.

People can change, right? They can work on becoming better individuals. What about a Narcissist? Well... let’s see... How does someone, who believes everyone external to them is the problem, and not themselves, change?
