We will look at concepts from Jungian and Lingian gymnastic philosophies through the ages to the fitness and wellness movement of today. We will examine issues of sport including competition and develop an understanding about the different purposes of understanding sport culture. Finally students will be presented with a conceptualisation of sport aesthetics.
