We've mastered that part - we have food, shelter, safety. Yet so many high-achieving women are still feeling anxious, stressed, and emotionally exhausted.

Here's what I think is happening... We're being called to our next evolutionary step. We've conquered the external world, but we're still running on survival-based programming internally.

And here's where it gets interesting - many of us are turning to AI for emotional support and guidance. I'm not against AI, but let me share what I've noticed: AI is missing something crucial that only humans can provide - mirror neurons.

These little guys are how we actually transmit emotions to each other and create real healing. It's why you can feel someone's energy when they walk into a room.

So while AI can give us information, it can't give us the emotional attunement that actually rewires our nervous system and helps us move from survival mode to truly thriving.

Here's the beautiful thing, though - we get to choose. Are we using technology as a bridge to deeper human connection, or as a way to avoid the vulnerability that real growth requires?
