Here's what hit me: Throughout millions of years of catastrophic events on this planet, one thing consistently prevailed - intelligence was always favored for survival. We've mastered that part - we have food, shelter, safety. Yet so many high-achieving women are still feeling anxious, stressed, and emotionally exhausted.
Does this make sense to anyone else?
Here's what I think is happening... We're being called to our next evolutionary step. We've conquered the external world, but we're still running on survival-based programming internally.
And here's where it gets interesting - many of us are turning to AI for emotional support and guidance. I'm not against AI, but let me share what I've noticed: AI is missing something crucial that only humans can provide - mirror neurons.
These little guys are how we actually transmit emotions to each other and create real healing. It's why you can feel someone's energy when they walk into a room.
So while AI can give us information, it can't give us the emotional attunement that actually rewires our nervous system and helps us move from survival mode to truly thriving.
