How to Survive Your Life
Shame
For our season finale, we dive into a feeling most of us have felt even if that's not what we called it. He is currently doing an MA looking at the therapeutic benefits of psychedelics. Donnie is originally from a wee town in the Scottish highlands and has a side project playing the bagpipes for Spanish kids. He also runs an English language therapy group called Lifehouse_Barcelona which you can find on Instagram.    A big thank you to all the listeners and our guests this season!
