If the mind attaches value and interest to something impossible, it creates a loop. The mind sends sensations to get you to do something that physically cannot be done right this second.
It doesn’t understand that. It only sees present tense. So if you’re seeing something and wishing that it was yours, the unconscious reads that as possible because it doesn’t understand wishing something that isn’t possible…

Doing and saying uncomfortable things can be tough... you can muscle your way through discomfort to get it done, you can avoid it all together, or you can brainwash yourself into LOVING IT.
We tend to believe that these things we want to say or do are MUCH scarier than they actually are, because we've developed all these scenarios in our head of what that actually will look like in the moment. And so we avoid doing the thing altogether.

You can choose to identify with whichever thoughts you desire and accept them as your truth. You can also choose to REJECT thoughts that do not serve you. You can re-write your thoughts and the way that you perceive life.
