Now that I am more self-aware, after being so calm, peaceful, and happy for the last six days, it only took about 10 minutes of being in Los Angeles to feel the stress hormones in my body start pumping. It took me FOUR hours to get home from the airport in LA. Yet it took me FOUR HOURS to fly from Cancun airport to LA. I'm over this place.
The Universe and self sabotage. I'm so relaxed right now in Tulum, Mexico and I love it. Last night I was going to go to a bar on the beach to meet some chicks but once I got there, realized I left my money at my hotel. But you know what? I actually didn't really want to go to the bar anyway so it became a self fulfilling prophecy!
Well, another Olympics has cum and gone. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed these Olympics, despite how different they were supposed to be due to the Trump-Covid Virus. Surprisingly, I didn't miss the crowds at all. Not sure if it was from the right camera angles or what, but these Olympics were fun to watch and I think I logged about 150 hours of TV time. Can't wait for Paris 2024!
I've been obsessed with both the summer and winter Olympics for years. In particular, I love the stories that the TV networks build around certain athletes so it makes me have a more vested interest in the outcomes of certain competitions. Today we talk about Simone Biles pulling out and also my new favorite crush, Justine Wong Orantes - a cute volleyball player on Team USA for the Women's volleyball team. She can spike on me any time if you know what I mean.
Recently a famous UFC fighter got demolished in a fight and his humble opponent broke his leg in half. Call it hubris, or perhaps not being able to recognize when it's time to move on. Today's podcast is about not getting stuck in the past, and using all of the gifts that were given to you.

So today I WON. You know how I know I won? That fat-fuck Chethan called me again. The sociopath, pathological liar, still desperate to speak to me, called me again today. Even after I told him off, blocked him on Facebook, blocked his text messages, he know called me from an additional number. You see, he's desperate. He's confused as to why is it he can't manipulate me anymore and it's bothering him. I love it! I call that WINNING!
Well it finally came to a head. After wanting to turn back the clock to tell off a former friend of mine, I finally had my chance. Jason, real name "Chethan" had been the most selfish "friend" I had ever met. He was another level of selfishness. He would tell you he was coming to your place to pick you up in 15 minutes, and then not show up for 3 hours. He would tell you you could stay at his place when you come to visit Toronto, and then conveniently forget when you actually get there. I stopped talking to him years ago, and in true sociopath fashion, would call me constantly, and get more desperate to talk to me each time that I would ignore because a sociopath can't handle it when they lose control over their former victims. Today I had a long chat with him where I finally told him all of the things he did to me to screw me over. Listen to see how that conversation went, and how things ended with a BANG!
Karma is a bitch, isn't it! Today I tell you the long winded story about my fake friend "Jason" who has come crawling back after years trying to make amends for all of the shit he did to me. When I was younger I didn't have the courage to tell him off. Now's my chance!
Did I ever tell you about this fake friend I used to have since high school? I finally threw him to the side after all of his lies, and using his friends, including me. Now years later, he's realizing the error of his ways to try and apologize. Should I accept it? NOPE!
Today was a bit of a stressful day. This company sold me on opening a certain type of retirement account, and now a week into the process I find out that I can't actually use the account due to a whole bunch of rules. You would think they would know that BEFORE SIGNING ME UP. But, like usual, I have to do everyone's work for them!
Remember if you're a cat owner: if your cat or kitten is exhibiting signs of not feeling well, take it to the vet asap! Cats are incredibly good at hiding pain and by the time they exhibit it, it means it's not good so don't wait! I must be in the wrong industry as I called 15 vets this morning and they were all booked up until late next week, some even next month!!!
Since the bathroom remodel, I've found that i've fallen into an old habit of being extremely over analytical and ultimately, indecisive, in the pursuit of perfection. I used to be really indecisive but over the years have overcome a lot of it and started making decisions quicker. It's amazing how your brain can fall back into old programming. Today I talk about how you need to just make decisions and keep moving forward.
Too often we get complacent, or comfortable, or let's face it, maybe we're just big pussies and afraid to take a chance to achieve our dreams. Today we talk about taking steps in order to fulfill your dreams and shaking up your routine. You can't change your life unless you change your routine.
Jim Carrey once said "I wish everyone could be rich and famous so that they could realize it's not an answer for anything". Today we talk about how modern society equates success with financial wealth, aka "money". I want you to change your mindset - there are plenty of people who are considered successful because they made a lot of money, but on the other hand they have little formal education, a trail of broken relationships, marriages, and rotten personalities. Redefine success around what your personal values are, and not what society values.
So a quick update on my friend "Punisher" who went to USC to meet that girl the other night. She along with another girl, ghosted him. Yes, one of them who he made out with and who wanted to have sex with him, just ghosted him, completely ignoring him. Another blond girl, since he didn't call her at 6pm promptly, deleted her number and profile from his view out of nowhere. People are treating each other like shit.
Rough week. I had a bit of a meltdown yesterday after dealing with some negative energy from an idiot lawyer. I woke up starting to worry and realized that I have spent too many years worrying about worst case scenarios that never happen. Today I talk about how to stay peaceful and learn to focus on positive results.
