For that reason, I wanted to make it public for everyone to listen to and also give people an idea of what The Friday Debrief is all about. As I said before, I originally wanted to invite a survivor of sexual abuse on the show to discuss their journey, but many people aren't as comfortable with sharing their wounds with the world as I am. And that's okay. One thing that has helped me heal throughout my life has been to tell my truth. Not to be afraid. Survivors of sexual abuse are victims, and we are all at different levels of healing. I believe it's important to share your jokes, your humor, and your pain with the world.
