In this episode I touch on the importance of understanding the play on words when it comes to "WORK". We exert energy towards achieving something daily but whose dream does it manifest. If you only seek to obtain a job then you will find yourself on the 30 year employment cycle. This repetitive cycle consist of working towards your employers wishes and shareholders expectations but not towards your dream.
