Mit einem großen Bohrer bohrt er Tunnel unter der Erde und findet die Kammer schließlich. Doch mit dem Bohren hat er großen Schaden angerichtet. Überall in der Stadt versinken Dinge, sogar das Rathaus droht vollständig im Boden zu versinken. Die Paw Patrol hat alle Pfoten voll zu tun, um die Situation zu retten. Die verschwundene Sternwarte: Rubble und seine Freunde haben eine Sternwarte gebaut. Mit einem Riesen-Teleskop wollen sie in der Nacht einen Kometen beobachten. Wer den Kometen als erster sieht, darf ihm einen Namen geben. Bürgermeister Besserwisser will unbedingt, dass der Komet seinen Namen bekommt. Darum verpasst er der Sternenwarte nachts, als alle schlafen, Räder, um es in die Nachbarstadt zu bringen. Aber die Sternenwarte lässt sich nicht lenken, und es beginnt eine wilde Fahrt durch Stadt und Land. Die Paw Patrol muss helfen.
