Do you have more positive or negative experiences in our African American community?…….This first podcast is my “intro” to my experiences in the community as an African American woman. I’m speaking briefly on abuse (mental and physical) manipulation, entitlement, competition, and how we set negative foundations as the African American community… within the family. It starts in the family. And we can do MUCH BETTER.
This episode, I will be going over my dating phases and experiences and steps that I took to help me heal and forgive myself as a woman. I will also be talking about how it is important to get that power back and start loving yourself.
