OG James O’Sullivan, Founder and CEO of Kobas, is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a compelling range of skills in multiple business units including finance, technology, sales and operations. As a lifelong computer and gadget enthusiast, James has over 20 years of experience at the bleeding edge of technology in all its forms.
Over a decade ago, as a young entrepreneur, James identified the operational and growing pains of running hospitality businesses. In response he laid the foundations of Kobas, now a Software as a Service enterprise oiling the wheels of over 200 hospitality operators of all types (bar, restaurant, pub, QSR, pop-up, experience) across the whole of the UK. From leaving St George’s to setting up his own company, James gives his account on how he’s been able to upskill himself to flourish in a growing industry.

OG Rick Yvanovich is an Executive Coach, a Serial Entrepreneur, and professional accountant. Rick is a proud Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TRG International and the owner of PJ’s Coffee Vietnam.
He has worked for 40+ years in various industries, ranging from retail, brewing, defence manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas in the UK, China, Singapore, Switzerland. Today, Rick is based in Vietnam full time. His journey after attending St George’s has been anything but normal, from starting out working for Sainsbury’s to Founding an international organisation, Rick gives us an insight into his life and career to date.
