This week we’re interviewing Sivan Aldor-Noiman. A powerhouse leader, mom of two boys, and VP of Data Science and Data Engineering at a food-technology company.

This week we’re interviewing Alina Rudya, professional travel photographer, book author, and creative director. She also started Bell Collective - a community of female explorers changing the gender stereotypes about travel and creative choices. We were so honored to get the chance to speak with Alina and love the friendship between her and our amazing Futurista teammate, Tanya. 

In the podcast we’ll get to know Alina and her story, how she came to be a photographer, who inspired her along the way, and where she’s going next.We’ll discuss the importance of role models and then the pressure girls face today with stereotypes around careers and how to overcome them. Later we’ll also talk about finding your creative style in photography!

Renée Hložek is an assistant professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Toronto. She’s a cosmologist and TED senior fellow who is passionate about challenging the stereotypes around what a scientist should look like.
