Anxiety is raging, depression surging and even suicide is at an all-time high with new founders and entrepreneurs. Founder's Therapy brings a refreshing new approach to helping solve mental health challenges founders experience on a daily basis. Our aim is to not only shed light on this important topic but to also provide founders a support group and inspiration through simple, actionable solutions to reduce anxiety and stress through talking with other founder/entrepreneurs. We're not doctors but as entrepreneurs ourselves who have experienced and work through our own mental health challenges. We want to help inspire others to keep innovating and do their best to mitigate the anxieties, stress and depression that will inevitably come to those who are taking risks as founders. Follow along and be inspired from each episode as we explore the challenges of our guests and more importantly learn their tactics for improving their mental and emotional well-being.
