A Moral Dilemma - Hauls vs. Sustainability?

While scrolling through my YouTube comments, someone asked me for my opinion on sustainability. We’re seeing this word a lot even in blogs and magazines.

As a fashion content creator, I am stuck in this moral dilemma. I often do haul videos because my audience loves watching those but as affordable as those clothes may be, they do count as fast fashion. Having said that, I myself watch such videos to know what’s new and trending. Then I realise it’s eventually leading to increased carbon emission. While I still might not have precise answers to solving this issue, I have found out some ways I can still do my bit to care for the environment and continue to be in the same work industry. If you have any more suggestions, feel free to drop a DM on Instagram! I’d love to know your thoughts.

With love, Sana

Dressing Up For A Pear Shape Body Type 🍐

The most common body type or figure proportion for women is the pear shape. That means when you are measuring your body, the widest part of your body is below your waist, right around your hips. Remember, you can be tall, short, heavy, or skinny and still be a pear-shaped body type. If you’re a pear-shaped woman, your goal with outfits is to elongate your figure so that you look less bottom-heavy and more balanced. The key here is to accentuate your top half. In this episode, we'll be discussing how to dress if you are a pear shape, outfit ideas for pear shape body type and what rules/guidelines to keep in mind.

Let’s Make The Devil Wear Florals?

When I sat to finalise a name for this podcast with Manya, who by the way I have to thank for helping me through thick and thin with this, we concluded that contrary to Miranda Priestly’s opinion and popularly held belief, you can (and should) wear florals for spring instead of dishing them away just because they’ve been worn a lot. How you wear those and stand out is what makes all the difference.

Florals For Spring is your guide to relatable fashion that is genuinely groundbreaking. The best of everyday styling tips, advice on putting together perfectly sharp outfits for college, office or even dates (and much more) with Sana Grover!

Now let's make the devil wear florals, shall we?
