Natalie was the victim of sexual abuse and rape at a young age, along with an absent father this sent her on a path of complete self-destruct. This led to domestic abuse, substance abuse, prisons, suicide attempts and utter chaos. At 22, just out of prison and finding herself pregnant it would send her on a healing journey. To say the story ended there would be an understatement. Her journey to healing has not always been easy and has been paved with many more painful experiences and toxic relationships. Despite it all she was determined to heal and learn how to fiercely love herself. She now works with pregnant teens,teens in abusive relationships and delivers domestic abuse recovery courses. She is also a Self-esteem and relationship coach teaching others to heal from their past and stand in their power.

Frankie’s inspirational story is about him trying to navigate his way through life, whilst battling his drug addiction, being street homeless and after numerous prison sentences and admissions to several rehabs, Frankie finally found his way in life. Frankie talks about being a qualified counsellor and being outreach worker to being a founding member of a company and Art dealer. Roxie’s inspirational story is about her battling clinical depression as early teen and then going onto battle alcohol misuse in her 20s. James has had an incredible life. He has lived experience of poverty, drug addiction, street homelessness and criminality. His rock-bottom was the catalyst for change and he now supports vulnerable young people with complex needs, has an Honours Degree & is a social justice advocate. He gives platforms to disadvantaged people, who trust James because of his history. He is a father of three and gives back selflessly and wholeheartedly to children and families who are struggling. This is an incredibly inspiring conversation between Soul and Raushia. Raushia has overcome so much in her life. She had a very difficult time, battling mental health, addiction and racism. She spent time in prison and eventually made her way to rehab, where she began to rebuild her life. She had 2 children and had to learn to re-parent herself as well as them. She has worked hard to re-educate herself and is now giving back to others who walk the same path as her. She is a qualified supervisor and accredited counsellor and a trustee for women in prison. She is currently working with women affected by domestic violence. I hope you are moved by her tenacity and strength of spirit. She is a true role model.
