President Brian Renfroe and Assistant to the President for Workers' Compensation Coby Jones discuss how NALC works to ensure that letter carriers who are injured on the job receive the benefits they are entitled to under the law by helping members navigate the claims process and the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP). NALC members make up nearly a third of all injured federal workers, and it is important to stay informed about what to do if you or your co-workers suffer an injury while working.
