52: Why Women Attract Men In Feminine Energy and How To Stop This Dynamic with Mary Miranda (solo).
.
Why do we attract men in their wounded feminine energy? I wanted to create this episode inspired by a Tik Tok follower that asked me this question and I know other women would be helped with this. I have experienced this in my journey and wanted to share what I have learned.
.
We all have both, feminine and masculine energies within us, but we are often predominant in one. In this episode I am referring to romantic relationship dynamics. I am predominant in masculine energy all day, but I have done inner work to reconnect with my feminine energy and that has played a key role in my romantic interest. This conversation can be taken out of context and if you have any questions, let me know.
.
1. Why do women attract men in their feminine energy? 2. Are you finding yourself in your masculine energy in relationships? 3. Qualities of a woman predominant in masculine energy in relationships. 4. What type of men do we attract when we are in our masculine energy in relationships? 5. What do you do in this relationship dynamic? 6. What happens when you have done the work and still attract feminine energy men? 7. What can you do to make sure you don't attract someone predominant in feminine energy? 8. Questions for inner work.

Episode 51: Navigating Life Transitions: Feeling Behind In Life and Embracing Your Unique Journey with Mary Miranda (solo).
.
Life is a journey filled with transitions, phases, and at times, it can feel like everyone else is moving at a different pace, or is way ahead. It then puts us in a state of feeling shame, embarrassment and hopeless about our current reality and future. There are a lot of societal expectations and pressures that often lead us to believe we're 'behind' in some way.
.
Society has made these timelines that somehow everyone is measured up against, education, career, income, house, kids, marriage, etc. We measure our progress or how well or not we are doing life, against these expectations that most often do not align with who you are and your own path.
.
It is time to redefine what our own timelines and milestones are for us and what success and fulfillment means for us.
.
It is time to define our own terms for our path and live according to our own plan.

Episode 47: Solo for the Season: Navigating the Holidays as a Single Woman with Mary Miranda (solo).
.
First things first, let's embrace the beauty of being single during the holidays. It's an opportunity for self-discovery, self-care, a chance to focus on your own happiness, your goals and starting next year strong. Take this time to reflect on your accomplishments and set intentions for the upcoming year. Being single doesn't mean you're alone – it means you have the freedom to create your own holiday traditions and experiences." It is far better to be single, focus on you and in a relationship with you, than to create memories with temporary people.

Episode 42: All About Ghosting, Why It Happens and How To Cope with Mary Miranda (solo).

Realizing being ghosted is often NOT about you, but the other person not having the ability to communicate properly, handle difficult conversations, feel the discomfort of his emotions and maybe him abandoning/rejecting before he gets abandoned/rejected. They are all coping mechanisms to stay safe, not get hurt and ultimately not experience intimacy in a relationship because love feels scary. He exited and disqualified himself and this is a blessing in disguise.

I am so excited to bring you 15 reasons that can help you make the best decision for yourself when it comes to your love life. I hope you know how worthy and amazing you are and these can help you leave if the relationship is no longer serving you and your life. . I've been in a few connections where I had to learn the hard way, that those men were completely wrong for me and I did not deserve the treatment, betrayal, and my overall well-being been impacted.
