In this episode I talk to my Music Business Management MA coursemate, Meghna Kallat, who was a Brand Manager in Sony Music Entertainment India and has years of experience in Marketing and Advertising. Claire shares her hands on experience being involved in organising events focused on women in music and overall ethnicity, sexuality and gender equality issues, as well as advice on where women should seek for support in fighting discrimination, unconscious bias and sexism in the industry.
