But what starts out as an added gimmick seems to invite a genuine malevolent spirit into their home. As strange events escalate, the family realizes that the board has unleashed something far darker than they imagined.

Hello again, Feasters of Fright, we are now continuing out Feasts of Fright month looking back at the very first episodes Cole and Jake started this little dining podcast with. This time Cole and Jake jump into Malum the remake of Last Shift that came out in 2023.

Jessica Loren joins the police force on the last night before it is condemned. One year ago her father saved a group of girls from the evil cult leader John Malum but eventually went crazy and killed several of his fellow officers in this police station. Now Jessica joins the force in his honor but also to discover what may have caused her father to commit such horrific crimes. As she goes through her shift, she uncovers hidden truths that are more disturbing than she could ever realized and finds that she is at the center of it all.

Spooktober continues as Cole and Jake taste and see if this remake can add some flavor to the story of Last Shift. But is this remake a welcomed new take or is this going to be Malum for our hosts to go through? Find out on this episode of Feasts of Fright!

The battle for our second badge comes to a spectacular finish as Cash and Harry take on their greatest challenge yet, the movie Pokemon:Destiny Deoxys!

A meteor crashes into Earth, carrying with it the mysterious Pokémon Deoxys. Its arrival draws the attention—and fury—of Rayquaza, guardian of the skies, sparking a legendary battle that sets the stage for chaos, when Raqyquaza defeats the alien Pokemon it goes back to rest. Four years later, Ash, Pikachu, and friends arrive in LaRousse City, a futuristic metropolis filled with high-tech marvels. There they meet Tory, a boy haunted by a childhood encounter with Deoxys that left him terrified of Pokémon.


When Deoxys reemerges he begins to take over. The city and kidnap its citizens. Its presence disrupts the city’s systems, plunging LaRousse into darkness with Deoxys clones endlessly searching for life forms to take. What is Deoxys purpose and can Ash and his friends save the city from being completely overrun?


Cash and Harry must use all their strength to take out this mythical threat. They’ll be challenged by the legendary encounters and many trials, and must work together to see if they can defy destiny and win this battle!

Come one, come all to see the most fantastical pokemon of them all! The Wishmaker himself Jiraichi is here, for 7 nights only you can see the Pokemon that can make all your wishes comes true. And it is this very Pokemon that our hero’s Cash Money (Jake) and Harry Oats (Cole) are here to see, as they try to figure out the mystical prophecy given to our heroes by watching Pokemon: Jiraichi Wishmaker.


Jirachi is a mythical Pokémon said to awaken once every 1,000 years, during the seven days of a special comet’s passing. To awaken, however, it must first find someone it can call a true friend. When Ash and his friends visit a Pokémon carnival, they attend a magic show where young Max discovers Jirachi’s crystalized stone—and forms an unexpected bond with the sleeping Pokémon.

When Jirachi awakens, it becomes clear that it cannot grant traditional wishes, but instead wields incredible powers of teleportation. Before long, Jirachi is kidnapped by Butler, the magician who originally unearthed the stone. Butler intends to exploit Jirachi’s power to fuel a dangerous machine, one capable of summoning a legendary Pokémon and unleashing a force that could destroy the world.

Now it’s up to Ash, Max, and their friends to rescue Jirachi, protect their bond, and stop Butler’s reckless plan before it’s too late.


Cash and Harry step into yet another challenging movie taking on all it has to offer, reflecting on the legendary encounters, the trials they faced, and finally giving their verdict on if this movie is worth catching or if that’s just wishful thinking.

Solo Cole here again, trainer extraordinaire. You might know me from my stage name Harry Oats but right now you need to know I escaped! In Greek! I made it out of that Pokémon musical but now I’m in some kind of Pokemon historical museum? There’s gotta be an exit here somewhere, right! Right?!


Pokémon is a story that has captured generation so in this episode we are diving in “The Story of Pokemon”. A comprehensive documentary that chronicles the origins and evolution of the Pokémon franchise. From its inception as a Game Boy game in 1996 to its expansion into a global multimedia phenomenon, the film explores the creative minds behind the series, including Satoshi Tajiri’s inspiration and Ken Sugimori’s designs. The documentary also examines the cultural impact of Pokémon, its adaptation into various forms of media, and its enduring popularity across generations.
