In this second episode, ECAS’ EU Rights Manager Claire Morot-Sir interviews Bertrand Wert, a French citizen who chose to run as a candidate in a Belgian municipality. However, he originally comes from another EU Member State. Are EU mobile citizens aware of their right to vote and stand as candidates in municipal and European elections?
