*Self Improvement* Take new courses, upgrage your knowledge and skill so you don't look outdated.. Reach out to people . be ready to impact your world and be a solution.. socialize, create good memories and learn to live in the moment.. Dont always be caught up in the past.

*Self Actualisation* : This is a self discovery plan.. that helps you to intentionally search out yourself. understanding your giftings and potentials.. building your self esteem and self worth..

How do you set your intentions for the day? How well do you read? You should also try journaling. It helps alot to improve your communication skills .. Get To Know Places Also.. Affirm positive words Have daily Affirmations.. it helps alot.. Affirmations are words that validate you.. they are words you speak to your self until you see that change you desire. lastly on this call, you need to improve on how well you manage time.. time is money! time waits for no one.. don't always be late! do things right in time.
