It's spooky season! Let's get sp00ky.
I talk about aliens from the perspective of what the government has now officially recognized, as well as share some personal potential sasquatch and ghost stories - tying it all together and trying to explain it using String Theory.
I'm talking hobbies - how important they are at this stage in life, the flow state and relaxation they can provide, as well as what "can" or "can't" be considered a hobby. I also unearth an interesting correlation to the historical use of the word.
I share my experiences with a peloton bike, and talk a bit about what board games mean to me.

Authority; politicians, parents, bosses, advise-givers. I don't do well with those types of people.
Why are American's choice between these two?
Depression, my step-dad, my mother, mindfulness and appreciating what you've got.
It's really a jampacked episode.
A quick blurb on why you should get into the stock market, a song of the week, what 3 items I would bring to a deserted island, and would I know if I was insane? Big focus on brunch this episode, as there should be.
Chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken.
Sober October is here! An episode about habits, both good and bad and what they mean to your life. Also a tip on how men can save the world.
The mayfly lives only one day and sometimes it rains. - George Carlin
This episode talks about "handies", 2020 being insane, an idea that could change sports, and the 7-day rule.
Live for the moment, otherwise your gonna miss out on life. This episode goes deep into the subject of perspective and why you should seek it out as much as possible as well as the topic of guilt, and how you almost never need to feel it.
Life Pro Tip: Put your socks on before your pants.
