Opening up season 3 recording from Orlando, Florida, I couldn't help but reflect on how far we've come since season one. Back then, the nerves were real, but the steadfast support from friends and producers carried me through. This season, I'm thrilled to share inspiring stories that have personally touched my heart and made a significant impact on our podcast journey. Moreover, I'm excited to introduce the Refresh ministry with my dear friend Taylor Angulo, a movement by women for women, aiming to empower women to reach their full potential within the kingdom of God.

Our journey from dreamers to doers has been nothing short of transformative, highlighted by a pivotal trip to Tucson, Arizona, where the vision for Refresh truly took shape. Taylor and I have navigated the delicate dance between creativity and orderliness, discovering that stepping out of our comfort zones is where growth thrives. An ordinary airplane ride unexpectedly sharpened our focus, giving rise to our empowering tagline, "Awaken Dreams, Activate Leaders." This mantra now serves as a guiding light in our mission to foster empowerment and leadership among women.

Building something meaningful takes time, and this episode shines a light on the annual Refresh event, which is at the core of our ministry.
