On Christmas day 2012, a consecrated host was dropped in a church in Legnica Poland. It was placed in a bowl of water in the tabernacle and 11 days later, a portion of that host had transformed into human heart tissue. The miracle was investigated by the departments of forensic medicine at Wroclaw medical university, and Pomeranian medical university.
