Umar has been on a journey to improve his English speaking communication skills as a recent graduate in the industry. Coming from Ghana, he had a strong English education at school. But his local language was what he was comfortable in using. He overcame his reluctance and lack of confidence in speaking in English through confronting his fear head on. And he won.
