अर्थ :- संत कबीर जी कहते है कि मनुष्य के ह्रदय में ही आइना होता है लेकिन वह खुद को या वास्तविकता को नहीं देख पता है। वह खुद को या वास्तविकता को तभी देख पता है जब उसके मन की दुविधा अथार्थ संकट ख़त्म  हो जाती है। अथार्थ चिंता अथवा मन का कास्ट ऐसा चीज़ है जो मनुष्य को अंदर ही अंदर खोखला कर देता है। इतना की व्यक्ति खुद की पहचान भूलने लगता है।  इसलिए चिंता से हमे बच कर रहना चाहिए।  ___________________________
