Last month, we explored what grounding really means — and why it’s so important during spiritual awakening.
This time, we go deeper: how to ground yourself.
In this episode, I share natural, effective grounding methods that help you reconnect with your body and energy during the Consciousness Shift.
From working with the four elements — earth, fire, water, air — to simple breathing meditations and grounding rituals you can do anytime.
It’s not about fighting the awakening. It’s about staying rooted while expanding beyond the mind.
Tune in to discover how to “earth” yourself — and why this step is often more powerful than people think.

In this episode, we dive deep into the hidden anxieties and negative thought patterns carried by unconscious people—and why it’s crucial to understand them for your own self-protection and growth. We explore how societal pressures create artificial fears, suppressed feelings of worthlessness, guilt, and the impact of childhood conditioning. Learn how these unconscious emotions influence behavior and how they trigger even the most spiritually developed among us.
Discover the psychological roots behind anxiety, guilt, and the struggle for recognition, plus why healing begins by addressing these unconscious layers rather than just symptoms. We also touch on the limitations of modern psychology and medicine, the political influences on treatment, and the path to true self-awareness and inner freedom.
Whether you’re dealing with difficult people or seeking deeper insight into your own mind, this episode offers valuable perspectives to support your journey of consciousness and healing. Thanks to Kam Idris from unsplash for the beautiful background picture.
What if all addictions—whether to substances, phones, success, or even people—stem from one deeper cause: thinking itself?
In this episode, we explore how compulsive thought patterns fuel the endless cycle of highs and lows—and why the mind’s constant striving for pleasure is at the heart of every addiction. Drawing on ancient philosophy, psychology, and personal experience, we dive into:
Why Seneca’s quote about desire still explains modern addiction
How thinking works like a drug, driven by emotional highs and crashes
The role of duality in human suffering
Why suppression and distraction don’t work in the long term
How to overcome addiction by facing the mind itself
The power of meditation and "becoming the observer"
What lies beyond thought—and why this is the path to true freedom
This is not just about addiction recovery—it’s about waking up from the addiction to thinking, and rediscovering a natural state of presence, balance, and peace.

In this episode, we explore the teachings of Meister Eckhart, the famous German monk, and his concept of Seclusion — a form of solitude that goes far beyond physical isolation.
He distinguishes two types of seclusion:
Outer isolation — physically withdrawing into silence, such as going into the forest or a room for meditation.
The much deeper inner seclusion — an inner detachment from thoughts, emotions, judgments, and identification with the ego.
Meister Eckhart describes this state as being “unmarried” to your own thoughts — a liberation from the self and the inner urge to cling to feelings or people. This letting go opens access to the true Self, the “ground of the soul,” where God reveals Himself — not as a person, but as the highest reality beyond all concepts.
We explore:
Why outer isolation alone is often sabotaged by the mind
How inner seclusion frees us from self-pity, mental chatter, and emotions
Parallels with Eastern philosophy and the observer consciousness
Why love and compassion, while important, are lower states compared to seclusion
The mystery of “suffering without suffering” (apatheia) and profound mental calm
Liberation from ego, personal God-images, and the true experience of God as spiritual reality
This episode invites you to dive deep into your inner world and discover the true Self beyond thoughts and ego. Thanks to lee-campbell from unsplash for the beautiful background picture.

Have you always felt different since childhood? In this episode, we explore five subtle but powerful signs from your early years that may indicate you're close to a deep spiritual shift — the awakening of your higher self. Whether you grew up in a very privileged or deeply challenging family, whether you were a quiet baby or felt out of place in school — these may all be clues that your consciousness is already highly developed.
We’ll discuss:
Why spiritually advanced souls often choose difficult family environments
How high sensitivity or being labeled "not resilient enough" may actually be a strength
The trap of trying to “fit in” and how it can pull you away from your true path
Why physical or emotional illness can be a message from your soul
And how you can still realign — no matter where you are now
This episode is for anyone who’s ever felt like they didn’t belong — and is ready to understand why. If you recognize yourself in these signs, it might be because you're already on the edge of awakening. Thanks to CoWomen from Unsplash for the beautiful background picture.

In this episode, we dive into the important psychological process of shadow work — facing the hidden parts of ourselves that often remain unconscious.
But we also explore this inner journey through the unique lens of the philosopher Saint Nicholas, who offers a fresh perspective on how the mind can break itself open.
How can the mind that creates barriers also become the key to transformation?
What can we learn by combining modern psychological insight with timeless philosophical wisdom?
Join me as we uncover new ways to approach shadow work and step closer to our higher Self.
“Don’t fear death, but instead fear that you have not lived at all.” – Marcus Aurelius
This quote hits at the heart of a quiet crisis:
Most people don’t live — they merely exist.
We wake, we work, we repeat — but rarely do we stop to ask: Am I truly alive?
As Osho once said:
“The question is not whether there is life after death. The question is whether you are alive before death.”
This video explores how the contemplation of death — especially in the early stages of a spiritual path — can shake us awake. It’s in facing our mortality that we often begin to understand life’s true value.
But there comes a turning point.
Once the mind becomes powerful enough to influence reality — to turn thought into experience — focusing on death or fear can become harmful. At that point, what once awakened us could start to limit us.
So we must evolve:
From reflecting on death...
To fully embracing life.
This episode is about that inner shift — the delicate balance between awareness of the end, and the power to truly begin.

"Always the middle way," said Buddha — and he was right.
Balance isn’t just for the material world. It’s also essential when walking the spiritual path.
In this episode, we talk about a hidden trap: what happens when deep meditation and intense inner focus start to shake your balance.
Yes, meditation opens the door to higher states — but it can also stir the depths of your unconscious.
Old traumas, suppressed pain, unresolved emotions — all may rise to the surface.
That’s not a failure. It’s part of the process.
But if we don’t ground ourselves, we risk being overwhelmed by our own awakening.
Learn why balance matters on both ends of the spectrum — and how to stay centered when your soul begins to unfold.

To understand Mahatma Gandhi's quote, you have to consider the so called “big questions”. This "bigger picture" was always part of philosophy or philosophers, since ancient times. Thinking of the big Questions can lead to your life sense, your purpose and that is the “true development”. Furthermore, on that “path”, you meet the construct “enlightenment” which is actually the main goal, the fulfillment of humanity. Unfortunately, the last big philosopher who considered “the whole” was Hegel which is hundreds of years ago. So let’s now consider the bigger picture from new! there are several kinds of Emptiness. I described two in another episode. But the Consciousness experiences a new kind of Emptiness. This one is kind of a lethargic mood which may occur in the Dark Night of the Soul. The "Dark night" is a depression during the Consciousness Shift. I will explain it with the help of the author John of the Cross and from my own experience.
once, i tried that. Not a good idea. Why and how then to calm the mind as Meditator, or someone during the consciousness shift?
Socrates is one of the most impressive philosophers. With him even a new era appeared. The view changed from nature to humanity. With his famous dialog method, he was actually not teaching. Or only very seldom. Most philosophers taught. But what he did was only asking questions. Sokrates designed his questions very individual so that his counterpart was able to get "access" to intuition. And through that, in best case, also to Higher Self. Good "answers" always come from there. Thanks to Clark Tibbs from Unsplash for the beautiful background picture.
First find your true Self. After then you can engage somewhere. Don't care about groups too much. If you find your Self, you will figure out your "calling"? How to find what's "yours", you'll also learn in this episode. Thanks to lee-campbell from unsplash for the beautiful background picture.
