Probolinggo is a city in East Java with an area of 169,616 hectares. In addition, Probolinggo is
a connecting route from Surabaya to the eastern cities of Java, including Jember, Banyuwangi and
Situbondo. In addition, you can also continue to the island of Bali. Probolinggo is famous for mangoes
and grapes. The majority of the tribes that live in Probolinggo are the Madura and Javanese ethnic who
are known for being tenacious, straight forward and open and have the strength to live life as if they
have a high entrepreneurial spirit. The Probolinggo people have an agrarian culture, namely as
fisherman and farmers as well as being an urbanist society. In that city there is a culture in the form of
traditional ceremonies held in the Mount Bromo area. Mount Bromo is a tourist spot located in
Ngadasari Village, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency. Mount Bromo is included in 4 districts
including Malang Regency, Lumajang Regency, Pasuruan Regency and Probolinggo Regency. Mount
Bromo is a volcano which has been detected to be active today in the East Java area which has an
altitude of 2,329 meters above sea level.
