Dancing on my own
The frames that made me

In this episode, I walk through every film I’ve made — from my first student chaos to the haunted quiet of Dancing on my own. From Sweet Madness and the continuous noise in film school to my solo horror experiments with Girls Night and beyond, this is the story of how every short became a mirror, a mistake, and a survival tool.

It’s not a filmography. It’s a confession through frames.

So yeah — come hang out. Whether you're a filmmaker, a horror lover, or just curious about how someone makes movies alone in the dark — this one’s for you.

And as always, this is a safe space. I’m figuring it all out as I go, and you’re welcome to do the same right here with me. 👻

Dancing on my own
Surprise me! — pain, pause, and reinvention

In this episode, I’m diving into why I started making horror short films completely solo — no crew, no team, just me (and a lot of caffeine!).

I talk about how that creative choice came to be, what the process actually looks like, and how the project Surprise Me! played a big (and difficult) part in that shift.

So yeah — come hang out. Whether you're a filmmaker, a horror lover, or just curious about how someone makes movies alone in the dark — this one’s for you.

Dancing on my own
This isn't therapy, but...

In this first episode, I’m kicking things off by sharing what this podcast is all about, why I called it Dancing on my own, and what you can expect going forward.

I’ve been making indie horror films solo for over a decade—writing, directing, editing, promoting… all of it. So this space is where I’ll talk about the ups and downs of that journey, dealing with mental health, traumas, sexuality, and the horror stuff that’s inspired me along the way.

It’s personal, completely transparent, a bit messy, and just the start.

So yeah—grab some headphones, get comfy, and hang out with me for a bit. Whether you’re a fellow creator, horror nerd, or just curious, you’re welcome here. Actually, everyone's welcome. The is a safe space for me and for you.

Feel free to reach out—would love to hear from you! 👻
