Today, my guest currently resides in Las Vegas. But his history is out of California, started out of Sacramento, then the Bay Area, then southern California, and now out of Las Vegas. He is a key member of the world renowned Jabbawockeez. I’m super proud to call him my little brutha, a part of the Jedi Mindtricks Jabbawockeez family. He is also known as the Tao of Beat Kune Do. But of course, the world knows him as KB of the Jabbawockeez.
Today, my guest currently resides in the state Texas, but his roots lie here in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was a key member of the Jedi Mindtricks family. He is an entrepreneur, he is the Editor and Owner of “Comics & Dakine.” And I’m talking about none other than my brutha, Omar Brodrick.
Today, my guest does it all. He is a versatile dancer, DJ, inline skater, philathropist, a teacher, a student, and he always knows his rank. You might have seen him on MTV’s ABDC few years ago, as a member of Supreme Soul. Or seen him on multiple music videos and TV ads. To me, he just a Kool Kat. I’m talking about none other than my little brutha, RJ KoolRaul.
Today, my guest is a true Bay Area dance legend. He’s been in the dance game for over 3 decades. He is not your ordinary dancer/choreographer/teacher. He is one of the top dance influencers in the world. With over 80K subscribers on YouTube. This brutha has made such a positive influence in so many people’s lives. I’m talking about none other than my brutha Jardy Santiago.
Today, my guest is a true Bay Area dance OG. We are in for a treat because we’ll get to learn about the Bay Area hip hop dance scene through his eyes. Today, he’s a husband, a father, a military vet from the US Air Force. I’m super excited to bring him on. I’m talking about my brother Lloyd Landero of the legendary Jedi Mindtricks family.
Today, my guest is one of the most influential dancers /choreographer out in the Santa Cruz area. Now he runs a very successful dance studio, actually at multiple locations called Pacific Art Complex. He’s multitalented, an entrepreneur, and real self starter. And I super honored to have him on today’s show, and I’m talking my brother David Bortnick.
Today, my guest is originally from Canada, but resides in Atlanta, Georgia currently. He is a doctor, an MD, with a passion for dance. He has history with Culture Shock in Canada, and a real student to the funk styles. Oh yeah, and he is hella buff, like a body builder. And yet, he is one of the nicest guy you’ll meet. He is always smiling. He’s got to be one of the coolest funkiest doctor in the world. I’m talking about my boy Obi.
Today, my guest is true artist. Not only are we going to learn about his dance history, but we are going to learn about his music career: the good and the bad, the lessons he had learn and the stories that he can share with us. Out of Sacramento, California, this brother is not only a dancer/choreographer/teacher, he’s a DJ, MC, Music producer, Video Producer, Host of World of Dance. My guest today is a key figure in the Bay Area hip hop dance community. Not just the Bay Area dance community but an internationally known supporter of this sacred dance culture. Today, he is the Co-founder of “Creative Grounds Productions Group”; an Adjunct Professor of Dance at Ohlone College, Co-Founder & Executive Director of All The Way Live Foundation. I believe I have to call him a doctor, because he had earned his Ph. D. Not too long ago if I’m not mistaken.
